Ayhan's Barbershop

A neighbourhood barbershop deserved a booking experience as considered as the cut. We designed and built it end to end.

The brief

Ayhan ran a busy shop on a paper calendar and a phone that rang through every cut. He needed online booking that wouldn't double-book a chair, confirmations clients actually received, and a back office he could run himself — without learning software.

The web presence had to feel like the shop: warm, exacting, and a little proud. Not a template with a logo dropped in.

The build

A bespoke, multi-step booking flow, hand-built where the interaction earned it. Availability is computed on the server against the real barber schedules, so a slot can never be sold twice — and a confirmation reaches the client by SMS the moment they book.

For Ayhan, an owner's admin studio: manage barbers, hours, services and bookings from one calm screen, and a nightly job that syncs fresh Google reviews onto the site.

Service, barber, time, details — paced so it never feels like a form. Every step is keyboard-navigable and announced.
